Canon Solutions America Parts Representatives are responsible for analyzing parts inventory in support of our service organization. Responsibilities

As a Parts Representative, your primary focus will be analyzing inventory reports on a daily basis in order to keep the stock current in the branch. You will be responsible for picking and staging parts orders, performing all functions related to receiving parts shipments from vendors and transferring parts to other branch locations.

 

Part time schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM with possibility for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

Your qualifications must include a High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of inventory control methods is required. Attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of dedication and urgency are essential. Computer proficiency and Oracle experience are preferred.
