The Dealer Sales Manager for Display Graphics supports CSA channel partners in their selling of the full product portfolio of hardware and software solutions through the dealer partners. As resellers, the channel partners require assistance in product training, demonstrations and working with customers. The Dealer Sales Manager is the primary contact for all CSA information on handling problem resolution.


The Display Graphics division of Canon Solutions America provides our industry leading Onyx Workflow, Arizona UV Flatbed printers, and Colorado UVgel Roll 2 Roll printers to the visual communication markets. This includes Sign Shops, Offset and Packaging Printers, Corporate, and Education print production facilities.   • Coach dealer partners to prospect in new markets to attract new business while maintaining and expanding services to existing clients
  • Train dealer partners to translate feature functionality of hardware and software into customer value added benefits
  • Interact with dealership owners to coach them on how to grow their business
  • Manage and grow market share within a defined territory
  • Meet required sales activities including demonstrations and proposals
  • Develop proposals outlining unique customer business applications, pricing and implementation plans
  • Utilize internal resources, including product specialists and technical support, to effectively present Canon Solutions America's solutions to dealer partners
  • Update and maintain customer and prospect database utilizing internal software
  • Build upon customer satisfaction and retention


  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience with proven success identifying target markets and potential customers, prior channel sales experience a plus
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of management
  • Strong understanding of leasing capital equipment
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Results orientation with the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify processes and workflows
  • Uses time effectively and efficiently and sets priorities
  • Working knowledge of digital/network systems
  • Ability to utilize computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Office)
  • Willing to travel 60-70%
