Overview

The Sales Support Specialist will have an overall knowledge of the sales process and the departments and the process and system requirements to successfully bring an offer to an order within Canon Solutions America.  Responsibilities of this position include communication with sales personnel and internal departments

Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Specialist your responsibilities will include:

  • Interaction with sales personnel to successfully and accurately facilitate the offer to order process in a timely manner.
  • Main point of contact for Canon Solutions America Sales Force for offer to order process
  • Organize, prioritize and manage requests until completion while providing communication to the Sales Force.
  • Work with Sales Force to explain policies, procedures and other requirements.
  • Participate and/or manage various projects to completion.
  • Identify and communicate with appropriate the appropriate personnel any opportunities for improvement for either the systems or process.

Qualifications

Your qualifications must include the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of related industry experience
  • Detail Oriented, articulate and well-organized
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Project Management skills – plan, organize and prioritize projects
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the company
  • Establish and maintain solid relations with team members and internal customers
  • Strong decision making and interpersonal skills working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Microsoft Office background
