Company providing integrated systems technology that comprise one of the strongest solutions portfolios in the document management industry. Regional Sr. Sales Directoris responsible for the profit and loss of the company products in a specified geographical regional area. Directs the activities of the entire organization within the assigned region area sales divisions to obtain maximum sales volume and to develop maximum potential volume from all markets for CSA products.

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively grow the sales organization in key regional markets and segments while monitoring the establishment, development and enhancement of customer relationships.
  • Responsible for the development of a cross-functional strategic plan as well as implementation of an operating plan within assigned locations based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Help develop strategy for both short and long term goals that directly impact the organization’s profitability
  • Delivers the revenue goals and forecast established for the region by developing and managing related sales plans for the region.
  • Displays excellent human relations skills as judged by intellect, communications ability, approachability, and integrity.
  • Maintains a schedule of periodic contact with current and previous and potential customers to inquire about satisfaction with products, or need for services.
  • Provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Your qualifications must include a bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of progressive responsibility in sales, industry and marketing experience, and extensive knowledge of Canon products and competitors. May require up to 60% travel. (Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record necessary)
