Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Site Representative to be the mail and distribution services point-person at our prestigious client's site.

Responsibilities

Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Responsible  for all aspects of the mail, distribution including all mail transfer to different buildings & locations for client's sites.
  • Responsible for all incoming & outgoing USPS mail and accountable shipments plus interoffice mail 
  • Responsible for client’s domestic, International and presort mail
  • Enforce and monitor mail security protocol & procedures for Pay Checks
  • Responsible for all special mailings, supplies and inventory 
  • Ensure all Key Performance Indicators are entered & monitored plus Service Level Agreements are met 
  • Responsible for mailing and tracking equipment, monitor equipment performance, copier technical support and supplies
  • Responsible for vendor relation for USPS, UPS, FedEx accountable & overnight couriers, mailing equipment, mailing supplies and messenger services
  • Responsible for updating Site Operations Manual 
  • Responsible promote cross-training for RSR staff
  • Monitor Canon staff time and attendance, dress code and policies
  • Responsible for staff development & skill training
  • Responsible for Maintaining the Mailroom, Copy and Dock areas in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Responsibility for follow up training on site for Copier Device as requested
  • Responsible for “ Copy Services/ Duplicating as requested by Purchasing Department
  • Responsible for any and all request for Package Wrapping

Qualifications

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to lift packages weighing up to 55lbs.  Knowledge of outsourcing/facilities management, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable.
