    The Sales Development Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to develop qualified sales leads.

    • Generate and qualifying prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls
    • Create and maintain contact records and information needed
    • Work through SFDC ( to ensure data cleansing
    • Utilizing sales tools such as Marketo, social networking media
    • Email/mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients.
    • Enhance awareness of Canon Solutions America and its products/services in the targeted business community.
    • Strong knowledge of Canon Product and Services during prospect engagement
    • Recruit prospective customers to attend Canon events and product demonstrations.
    • Accountable for tracking client progress
    • Assure great customer service and response time.
    • Skills to get past “gatekeepers” at prospective customers.


    (Multiple openings for various levels of experience)


    • Associates Degree or greater or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of tele communication experience (multiple openings for multiple experience levels).
    • Experience with software/ printing /equipment/ electronics sales preferred, but not required
    • Drive to make large numbers of outbound calls.
    • Ability to handle questions and objections.
    • Ability to process data from incoming calls.
    • Aptitude to qualify leads.
    • Eagerness to network and uncover contact information of decision makers for prospective customers.
    • Professional, outgoing, persistent personality traits.
    • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
