We are seeking a Site Representative to represent our company at our prestigious client's site.

Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following:


Copy Services: 

Operation of color and black and white reprographics equipment, bindery equipment, and industrial sized cutting materials and drills; collating and binding; fulfillment duties such as inserting materials into envelopes and other containers, folding, shrink wrapping.  Receiving and reviewing customer work orders, perform basic equipment maintenance, making pick-ups and deliveries.  Record job data in logs or other forms as appropriate; perform data entry, maintain inventory supplies.  Understand and respond to customer needs and requests, assist end-users in basic functionality of copy equipment.


Copier Maintenance Services:

Responsible for customer satisfaction through the performance and maintenance of Canon reprographic equipment at our customer's site.  Follow daily, established maintenance processes and procedures; maintain routine upkeep of equipment including cleaning glass and surfaces, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner and loading paper;  evaluate equipment issues and notify service department if unable to resolve; deliver paper; respond to customer requests; assist end-users in basic functionality of  equipment; record meter reads; maintain service activity reports; monitor supplies and restock inventory.


Conference Room Services:

Responsible for the physical breakdown, set-up, and coordination and administration of all group meetings.  Provide audio/video conference support, meet and greet clients, monitoring conference room reservations and conference room set-ups. The position requires working familiarity with all established procedures (workflow) and policies observed at the site. Maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships are critical components of the position. 


General Office Services: 

Reception Backup, Pantry, Inventory, Order Supply, etc.


Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs.  Knowledge of outsourcing/facilities management, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable.
