Responsibilities

Managed Output Analysts are responsible for providing and facilitating fleet management support to clients, ensuring effective operation of all fleet related solutions. Coordinate site assessment project teams, leading the team through the assessment and reporting process, and preparing all required project deliverables. Additionally responsible for special projects that encompass on-site customer technology surveys, workflow analysis, workflow illustrations (floor plans, flow charts, data graphs etc,) workflow process re-engineering and business case preparation.

Qualifications

Qualifications should include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or 3–5 years experience in Managed Print Services; Excel modeling skills, intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office;  Good follow up skills, ability to multi task, logical thought process; Strong project management, analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
