Responsibilities

As a Data Management/Customer Administrator, your primary functions are as follows:

  • Create, update and maintain Install Base and Customer Standards
  • Resolving issues and correcting information in Install base and Customer Standards by running reports and conducting research
  • Assisting and supporting other departments pertaining to Install Base and Customer Standards.
  • Working closely with other Canon Solutions America offices and our customers

 

  • Hours will be: 11:30am – 8pm

Qualifications

Your qualifications must include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of related industry and/or data entry management experience
  • Excellent PC skills required in both Microsoft Excel & Word, Oracle is a plus
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize projects in a timely manner
  • Capable of working independently and with multiple departments
  • Great troubleshooting skills
