Hours are 10:30am - 7:30pm
Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Maintain and restock kitchen and pantries areas, etc.
Responsible for the physical breakdown, set-up, and coordination and administration of all group meetings. Provide audio/video conference support, meet and greet clients, monitoring conference room reservations and conference room set-ups. The position requires working familiarity with all established procedures (workflow) and policies observed at the site. Maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships are critical components of the position.
Responsible for performing general front office reception duties such as greeting, welcoming and accommodating visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling conference rooms, enter guests into security system, schedule car service, entering data into computer; responding to customer needs and requests, accepting deliveries and setting-up food and beverages for meetings.
Responsible for customer satisfaction through the performance and maintenance of Canon reprographic equipment at several customer locations. Follow daily, established maintenance processes and procedures; maintain routine upkeep of equipment including cleaning glass and surfaces, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner and loading paper; evaluate equipment issues and notify service department if unable to resolve; deliver paper; respond to customer requests; assist end-users in basic functionality of equipment; record meter reads; maintain service activity reports; monitor supplies and restock inventory.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs. Knowledge of outsourcing/facilities management, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable.
