    Responsibilities

    • Retrieve and Enter Meter Reads.
    • Retrieve Purchase Orders for Contracts Renewals.
    • Review and validate pricing on new contracts using service price book, and review orders for special pricing approvals.
    • Handle basic Customer Inquiries.
    • Terminate and issue appropriate credits on existing contracts.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum HS or equivalent required
    • AS degree or college education preferred in the area of Business Administration
    • Minimum of 2 years equivalent experience in related field
    • Knowledge of  Excel

    • Prior Customer Service experience

    • Strong analytical capabilities

    • Good knowledge of operating system (Oracle)
