    Responsibilities

    As a Territory Resource Administrator your responsibilities will include:

    • Interaction with all level of sales personnel and cross functional departments within the organization in order to provide them with support in regards to Sales Territories, Sales Hierarchy and other related areas.
    • Export reports from Oracle on a daily basis. Review data and update report to reflect appropriate data prior to important at the end of each business day.
    • Assist sales personnel with available sales tools (for example, SalesForce.com, SideKick, Territory Tracker)
    • Provide general sales training on available sales tools, such as SalesForce.com
    • Administer and maintain all Oracle Sales Territories, Sales Resource Records and the Sales Hierarchy
    • Responsible for helpdesk queue. Monitor and respond to inquiries regarding sales territories, sales hierarchy and sales tools
    • Responsible for all daily administrative reports in order to maintain sales territories in Oracle and supported sales tools, such as SalesForce.com
    • Participate in various territory projects

     

    Qualifications

    Your qualifications must include the following:

    • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred or 3 years related office/administrative work experience
    • Detail oriented, articulate, and well-organized
    • Strong communication and follow-up skills
    • Establish and maintain solid relations with team members and internal customers
    • Troubleshooting skills
    • Microsoft Office background
    • Prior Oracle and Salesforce.com experience a plus
    • Proficient with Excel
