    Responsibilities

    Canon Solutions America Contracts Representatives are responsible for creating and processing service contracts, ensuring compliance, data verification and entry, as well as, interaction with clients and internal departments to resolve billing and customer service issues. 

     

    • Retrieve and enter Meter Reads.
    • Retrieve Purchase Orders for contracts renewals.
    • Review and validate pricing on new contracts.
    • Handle basic customer inquiries.
    • Terminate and issue appropriate credits on existing contracts.
    • Hours will be 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with potential overtime at month-end.

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Working knowledge and experience with Excel required.
    • Customer Service Experience and data entry experience preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.  
    • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are required.
    • Works well in a team environment.
    • Oracle experience is a plus.
