    Inbound Support Purchasing Representatives are responsible for securing goods and services for all Canon Solutions America retail orders.  Work Shift is 10:30am - 7:00pm, to help cover the West Coast.

    • Planning and procurement of all equipment, accessories, supplies and parts in accordance with established lead times to multiple warehouses to support the needs of each Business Unit.
    • Manage inventory to minimize purchases and on-hand inventory. Determine purchases to be placed and issue purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner to vendors after gaining appropriate approval levels.
    • Monitor/analyze historical data to maintain proper reorder points for the establishment of purchase and support plans. Address material shortages, excess and obsolete inventory, extended lead times, delivery non-compliance, order fill rates and targeted inventory levels and order requirements to achieve operational goals.
    • Work closely with all departments on status of inbound inventory, close out of Purchase Orders and delivery priority. Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to assure order delivery commitments are met.
    • Monitor and evaluate overall vendor performance based on forecast commitment and delivery performance.
    • Monitor and modify planning and purchasing activities to meet established requirements.
    • Review and revise processes and reports for accuracy and efficiency.


    • High school diploma, or equivalent.
    • 2-3 years of experience in customer service preferred.
    • Call Center experience a plus. 
    • Procurement, supply chain or inventory control a plus. 
    • Business experience with good analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to process improvement.
    • Call center experience preferred.
    • Computer proficiency including Excel skills and Microsoft Office. MRP/ERP experience a plus.
