The Service Analyst is responsible for creating and trending service management information used by Sr. Service Management to effectively manage the business. The Analyst makes recommendations regarding issues that will insure technical productivity, improve efficiency and reduce costs working with OSI service information, corporate financial info and service parts/logistics in SAP.
