    The Service Analyst is responsible for creating and trending service management information used by Sr. Service Management to effectively manage the business. The Analyst makes recommendations regarding issues that will insure technical productivity, improve efficiency and reduce costs working with OSI service information, corporate financial info and service parts/logistics in SAP.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    • Service Strategic Account support
    • Analyzes information for accuracy and recommends improvements or inefficiencies, tracks and reports improvement actions and results to Service Executive Management
    • Researches and evaluates service statistics and reports significant changes to management
    • Prepares, schedules and distributes timely and accurate reports
    • Creates ADHOC reports based upon identified statistical trends
    • Provides statistical reports for strategic accounts
    • Participates in special projects as requested

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Business or Information Systems, or equivalent
    • 4-6 years of service industry experience with significant service industry knowledge
    • Strong PC skills using advanced Excel and Access databases
    • Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art spreadsheet and relational database software applications
    • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
