    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    • Responsible for assisting the Regional Color Advisors with the design, integration, and delivery of complex software and inkjet solutions into customer environments using common industry approaches to color management with a mindset focused on multi-vendor integrations and advances color workflow in both Graphic Arts and TDM environments
    • Provide partner product support to all internal and external customers throughout the assigned region
    • Design and communicate complex technical solutions in an easily understood manner to internal and external customers
    • Assist the Regional Color Advisors as they develop complex and innovative approaches to onboard new color applications to maximize utilization of inkjet technology
    • Assist regional sales in generating new business, advising as the color expert in new sales opportunities with new exisiting customers
    • Help drive page volume to Canon equipment from competitive devices
    • Design application workflows that automate data preparation, preflighting, postal processing and finishing by utilizing finishing device interfaces, JDF/JMF and available software API’s
    • Responsible for detailed communications defining product requirements, missing capabilities, market expectations and issues to the Product Development teams as a part of RSHQ responsibility for the Americas
    • Responsible for the highest level of support of Canon Canada, Mexico, and Latin America for software product training and problem resolution
    • Deliver work product of the highest quality levels while acting as a role model, mentor, and coach to all members of the National Support Team
    • Responsible for providing post-sales 24/7 support and implementation services and for 24/7 after-hours support

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
    • 7-9 years relevant business experience 
    • Experience in printing pre-sales/post- sales support in office and production environments
    • Certified G7 Expert, Certified Color Management Professional Master. 
    • May require up to 70% travel locally, regionally, or nationally requiring overnight stays
    • Valid drivers’ license and acceptable driving record necessary
    • Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required
