    Canon Solutions America, Inc., a Canon U.S.A. Company, is currently seeking an experienced National Managed Print Services Director who will be responsible for coordinating and driving the Managed Print initiative. This initiative will build and support an MPS program that is responsible for increasing our overall print volume through service contract takeovers and expansion; print volume migration and imageclass growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the overall profit and loss of the business unit
    • Establish, develop, strengthen and maintain relationships with people at all levels of the target accounts
    • Work closely with Senior Executive Management to ensure that corporate directives are clearly communicated and achieved on a local, branch level.
    • Responsible for the overall morale and satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
    • To give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives
    • Insure consistent pricing for sales orders, manage special pricing arrangements and discount approval process within guidelines 
    • Support the MPS Group in development of high value needs analysis, sales proposals, presentations and financial analysis for customers to support new business activities.
    • Provide tracking of sales prospects through the sales funnel process and accurate forecasting to CBS senior management.
    • Responsible for devising creative ways to recognize outstanding performance and effort from employees, i.e. dinners, trophies, recognition meetings, etc.
    • Displays excellent human relations skills as judged by intellect, communications ability, approachability, and integrity.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent Sales or management experience preferred
    • 8+ years industry experience required
    • Strong knowledge of Managed Print services
    • Imaging products sales experience
    • Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented consulting services sales
    • Consulting delivery or implementation experience will be a plus, with a proven track record of building client relationships
    • Superior verbal, presentation and written communications skills, strong leadership qualities, and team oriented business values are essential
    • Ability to effectively learn consulting services and technical products, services and solutions and readily apply new knowledge is required
    • Must be a self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work with a high-degree of autonomy
