    Responsibilities

    • Assist in developing specific marketing plans and activities for the zone to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena 
    • Work closely with Corporate Marketing Specialists to gain knowledge pertaining to current products, new product announcements, enhancements and future direction
    • Roll-out of National Programs within the Zone and providing first line support for sales reps, managers, and specialists within the zone 
    • Oversee market research; monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs as well as create analysis of the industry trends 
    • As required, assist with developing local marketing programs with respective zone senior management and report results to the Zone Marketing Manager 
    • Responsible for the business development opportunities within the zone, including the on-boarding of new branches and development of existing branches and launching Vertical Market Initiatives
    • Help manage the scheduling of product launches, kickoff meetings, training events, etc. within the zone 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts within the zone 
    • Work closely with Zone Sales Planning to perform analysis and develop programs from the zone 
    • Work directly with sales management to manage the development of Case Studies/Success Stories related to the specific zone 

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent required
    • Equivalent marketing or sales experience preferred
    • Experience with Business Equipment  or Software

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
    • Exceptional knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes
    • Excellent verbal and written skills required
    • The ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
    • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present and demonstrate the capabilities of our solutions to both internal and external customers
    • May require up to 50% or more travel locally, regionally and/or nationally. Some overnight travel required
    • valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
