The Canon Solutions America Order Management Lead is the go to person regarding the administration of contracts, and is responsible for monitoring order activity to make sure that orders are being processed and progressing on a timely basis.     • Understand all aspects of the Order Management process.
    • Provide Order Processors with training and guidance; assist co-workers with resolution of issues on orders.
    • Monitor Order Processing productivity.
    • Monitor SOM activity through Order Management.
    • Problem solve, and make sound decisions.
    • Monitor 170 Workflow.
    • Handle complex and large orders (greater scope of responsibility).
    • Train lower level Order Management Reps in all areas of contract administration to ensure team is being fully functional.


    • Minimum HS or equivalent required
    • 2-4 year degree in Business Administration or related work experience strongly preferred
    • Minimum 5-6 years (with college, 7–8 years with HS) or related experience, plus combined minimum of 12 months experience as Order Management Rep I, II or III
    • Ability to understand the complete order process from beginning to end

    • Must be able to work independently and make decisions

    • Must be able to analyze and understand order issues and discrepancies

    • Must be efficient and dedicated

    • Must be detailed oriented with the ability to multi task and work overtime at peak times during the month

    • Must have effective written/verbal communication skills

    • Computer proficiency in Excel, Sales Order Maker and understanding of revenue and commissions

    • Able to work independently, and provide guidance to less experienced employees
