    Responsibilities

    The Regional Operations Manager, EMSD will lead a particular business group to meet and exceed their goals while maintaining operational integrity and provide superior client, internal and external, relations.   Individuals in this position are the future leaders of the Business Services Division.  They will manage the strategic development of their respective business unit by enhancing relationships at all levels within BSD and the client’s organizations and by ensuring the highest levels of service and client satisfaction.

     

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing strategy for both short and long term goals that directly impact the organization’s profitability
    • Providing direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy and it’s annual goals and objectives
    • Maintaining and developing excellent client relations with key decision makers at existing accounts
    • Managing the strategic cohesive development of existing accounts
    • Developing and managing the relationship with other senior level managers and directors
    • Ensuring the development and success of all employees within the business unit.
    • Travel required, territorities in PA, DC, MD and DE.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree required, along with at least 8 – 10 years experience in relevant industry and customer service oriented environment.  Must have experience interfacing with executive level customer contacts.
