Canon Solutions America Branch Administrators assist with the coordination of activities of the Branch demonstration stock, scheduling of demonstrations in the Branch showroom and assigning/allocating demo equipment to field sales.     Responsibilities

    -Create & assist with updating deals in SFDC and keep the order and install process moving

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: submitting work flows, enter/update site surveys, document generation, preparing quotes and proposals, lease/sales agreements, facilitate internal/external communication regarding deals, submitting deals to PPS Orders ; Completing manual check lists on all deals and ensure communication is happened among all people/departments involved; keep the deals moving until closed

     

    -Assist with the 30-60-90 commitment process by updating the Commitment Checklist File

    Compile information from Sales team, all cross functional departments, and customer(s); make calls, send emails, etc. to get the information; ensure submission deadlines are met by reps and DPMs; ensure all cross functional departments all communicating and are kept up to date

     

    -Support Special-Assignment Reporting and Tasks

    Including, but not limited to:  Sales Planning-related spreadsheets (such as MIF) and Marketing-related spreadsheets (such as event attendee lists), site surveys, exception requests, RFPs, pricing exceptions, connecting customers to reps/techs/supervisors accordingly, invoice requests, and research billing issues

     

    -Perform general administrative tasks

    Support reps, specialists, and DPMs with tasks including, but not limited to: Mail/Shipments, Answering Phones, Maintaining Calendars, Arranging Travel, Handling Expenses, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Ordering Lunches, Balancing P-Cards, Setting up New Hires, Providing Front-line Tech Support, Ordering Business Cards, Completing Canon Academy, Keeping Updated Org Charts and Phone Lists, and Making Supply orders

    Qualifications

    Your qualifications must include a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience in fast paced, detail-oriented working environment. Strong organizational, analytical skills, excellent communication and proven customer service skills are required; computer proficiency in Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, Powerpoint).  The ideal person needs to be engaged, customer service oriented, proactive, and comfortable asking for help when needed.  Salesforce experience is a plus.

    May require overtime during peak business.  May require travel to meetings, training, and other branch locations (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary)
