    The Service Analyst position is accountable for providing analytical support for the Canon Solutions America Service Support Operations Department.  The position will support efforts to ensure future growth and market competitiveness of Canon Solutions America.  You will have heavy interface with Canon Solution America management, Canon USA, and Canon dealers.  You will also be the key analyst for Service automation projects and reporting / analytics of these projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Be the point person for all subjects related to the Customer Satisfaction Survey process for Canon Solutions America Service.
    • Provide input, analysis, and implement changes in our survey process, questions to improve participation, and key measurements.
    • Responsible for the implementation, analysis, and on-going management of the various Service Automation projects at Canon Solutions America.
    • Manage all special service projects as directed, including the Field Technician Recognition Program (STAR).
    • Service Parts - Maintain and optimize system settings for our 3 different systems - S21, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and Oracle (including BOM Data for Planning).
    • Service Parts - Advise and recommend solutions to improve operations and efficiencies for both Parts Logistics and Parts Planning.
    • Service Parts - Work directly with Parts Logistics and Parts Planning on implementing improvements to the Parts Operation and all the systems we use.
    • Service Parts - interface with our internal Customers (Field Service Technicians) to improve their understanding of our processes and systems, including training when needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems, or related area of study.
    • Two to four years of related analytical work required; Service industry experience preferred.
    • Advanced Excel experience required; Oracle and Access skills are a big plus.
    • Strong analytic and communication skills required.
    • Survey experience is also a big plus.
