    Canon Solutions America Customer Service Representatives are a liaison for Canon Solutions America, Inc. and our external and internal customers. Utilize analytical and technical skills to investigate, understand and document customer inquiries and issues. Use excellent service and communication skills to work toward a positive resolution for both the customer and Canon Solutions America, Inc. The hours for this position are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

    • Build Canon Solutions America, Inc customer loyalty by providing customers with fast and friendly service
    • Professionally, efficiently and accurately enter orders via email, mail and faxes
    • Handle 30+ inbound customer inquiry calls daily
    • Customer Service and Contract Supply Fulfillment inquiries
    • Utilize SAP applications to accurately research, analyze, log and track customer issues through to resolution
    • Work effectively with other departments toward the corporate goal of customer satisfaction
    • Light inbound calls
    • Process returns, credits, replacement orders and proof of deliveries


    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years of related industry and/or customer service experience or equivalent
    • Excellent PC skills required in both Microsoft Excel & Word
    • Strong time management skills and organizational skills
    • Must be able to deal with demanding customers
    • Strong follow up skills, oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in SAP is a plus
    • Set up customer accounts with accurate account information
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint also being able to come up with a solution to correct future issues
    • Being able to work independently and in a group setting
    • Handle other duties as assigned
