    Responsibilities

    • Review all paperwork and pricing for completeness and compliance.
    • Activation of all types of contracts.
    • Complete contract renewals.
    • Process Meter Entry.
    • Process credits and rebills.
    • Handle all customer inquiries.
    • Apply cash to correct accounts.
    • Administer and assist in the collection process for select accounts.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum HS or equivalent required, 2-4 year degree in Business Administration or 5 years related work experience strongly preferred
    • Intermediate Excel proficiency

    • Strong Customer Service skills

    • Strong Analytical capabilities

    • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

    • Knowledge of Custom Billing tool

    • Ability to multi-task and handle large workload
