    The Executive Assistant - Sales Support is responsible for supporting sales leadership in all aspects of sales reporting and analysis.

    • Automate calculation and reporting sales incentives
    • Development of sales planning reporting and analysis
    • Liaison between sales leadership and other internal customers including order management, service and credit and collections
    • Territory development and analysis
    • Support any sales incentive inquiries
    • Communication to sales personnel regarding Sales Support functions (Intranet updates, SFA enhancements)
    • General Sales Support training
    • Knowledge and support of Sales Support Department functions
    • Participate and/or manage various Sales Support projects
    • Coordinate expense reports and travel


    Your qualifications must include the following:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum 2 years of related experience
    • Detail oriented, articulate, and well-organized
    • Strong communication and follow-up skills
    • Project Management skills - plan, organize and prioritize projects
    • Troubleshooting skills
    • Microsoft Office background
    • Prior Oracle experience is a plus
