    • Perform assigned pre-installs / configurations each day, at or above the established benchmark for the model. 
    • Maintain appropriate monthly average labor time for new and used equipment, dependent on assigned work load and availability. 
    • Achieve monthly accountability expectations for position (based on shop tech matrix). 
    • Maintains constant high level of work quality and consistent conformance with published standards. 
    • Maintains all technical information and Canon property assigned. 
    • Communicates well with fellow team members, and other departments regarding the timely completion of assigned work related to pre-installs and/or preparation of used machines. 
    • Assist or cross train in other Logistics functions as assigned.
    • Available to work overtime (daily and weekends) as required. 



    • Associates Degree in Electronics or similar degree, or equivalent training in the Military or Trade School, or High School Diploma (or GED) with at least 1 year of related experience. 
    • Basic understanding of networking.
    • Capable of accessing E-support via a computer and using other on-line tools.
    • Capable of updating System Software on Canon connected device.
    • Ability to gain working knowledge and aptitude on all current Canon products.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks and change priorities on short notice. 
    • Quick and decisive problem solving skills. 
    • Ability to “think outside the box” to create solutions.
    • Good hardware troubleshooting skills. 
    • Working knowledge of computer component hardware troubleshooting.
