    Responsibilities

    • Enforce CSA Field and Travel Policy.
    • Responsible for auditing and processing employee expense reports for all employees in accordance with corporate guidelines.
    • Prepare weekly and bi monthly disbursements via check and direct deposit.
    • Communicate with employees in response to inquiries related in expenses and payments.
    • Special projects, as required by management.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Canon AP Representative with successful performance in auditing, processing and disbursing employee expenses
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
    • Detail oriented with emphasis on quality and quantity
    • Ability to multi-task, with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to train others
