The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for transitioning mid-level accounts to new products, services and workflows through the development, implementation and delivery of change management activities and materials. Evaluate end-user behaviors, needs and workflows and facilitate customer and account team discussions to determine project or program objectives, contributing to the development of change approaches. Serve as administrator for large change programs, documenting key program details, developing plan materials and communications and developing dynamic customer presentations.
Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in marketing preferred; 1-2 years’ experience in change management, process improvement, organizational development, and/or project management; Experience interfacing with end-user, manager and executive level customer contacts; Knowledge of managed output services, outsourcing or technology preferred.
